Starter: Nashville Hot Oysters
What better time to try oysters than a fancy date night? These fresh-shucked oysters are fried and spicy, with pickled shallots and a pickle juice “caviar”.
HIS entree: Ribeye & Scallops with Pommes Frites
We use premium, dry-aged USDA beef and cook it to your preference. We suggest adding the bacon-wrapped scallops on the side, and the foie gras butter or bordelaise sauce makes for an amazing steak topper! For a side, the Pommes Frites are fresh-cut fries served with parmesan, herbs, and sea salt- the truffle oil is a fantastic extra!
HER entree: Crispy Skin Salmon & Herb Risotto
Our incredibly tender crispy skin salmon is served alongside a butternut squash puree and a cranberry-infused balsamic and pairs perfectly with the herb risotto. This side features decadent flavors of parmesan, citrus, and fresh bers that will melt in your mouth!

HIS: The Dylan is our most famous cocktail for a reason; people keep returning just for this one-of-a-kind drink! Ingredients include Bob Dylan’s Heaven’s Door Whiskey, vanilla simple syrup, black cherry ice spheres, bitters, and a garnish of filthy black cherries. But what it makes it extra special is that this drink is served in an oak pecan smoked-washed snifter.
HERS: The Lydia takes runner-up for best cocktail. This martini is made with Wheatley vodka, fresh-squeezed lemon juice, and house-made lavender simple syrup. A lavender-infused sugar rim and a lemon wheel soaked in Creme de Violette complete this beautiful drink.
