Our cozy mountain lodge restaurant is located off the beaten path, perfect for romantic date nights, anniversaries, and birthday celebrations. Even though we are not downtown on the Parkway, we are only a few minutes away from the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg. Our address is 370 Newman Road, Gatlinburg, TN 37738, and we have plenty of parking available for our guests.
2. What can you expect to find on our menu?
The Greenbrier restaurant menu has been carefully crafted by our incredible chefs, with high-quality steaks, poultry, chops, and seafood and the freshest ingredients possible. We’ve put our own twist on Appalachian-style dishes in a modern lodge setting. For starters, we offer options like Nashville Hot Oysters– freshly shucked oysters, spicy breaded and deep fried with pickle juice “caviar” and pickled shallots or Brie en Croute– Brie cheese baked in puff pastry and served with saffron cream and raspberry melba. A variety of entrees include things like Chicken Marsala– herb ricotta stuffed and prosciutto wrapped pan-roasted chicken breast, served with asparagus risotto and a wild mushroom marsala sauce and Crispy Skin Salmon with beet risotto, mint pea puree, and cardamom carrot crème fraiche. In addition, The Greenbrier restaurant in Gatlinburg has one of the best drink menus, from an extensive wine and whiskey list to handcrafted cocktails like our most popular old-fashioned we named The Dylan.
3. Do you require reservations?
We highly recommend booking a reservation beforehand, especially on weekends when we are the most busy. It is easy to make a reservation online or give us a call at 865-412-1576. If you do call us, keep in mind that we are open from 4:30 to 9 PM and closed on Mondays. It’s much simpler to book your preferred time through our online reservation system.
4. Can you accommodate large groups?

The Greenbrier Whiskey Society is a monthly club where members meet to sample some of the most exclusive whiskeys and bourbons, even limited editions! We meet on the third Thursday of each month, and it’s a great opportunity to connect with fellow whiskey lovers and try different brands before buying a whole bottle for yourself. We also host monthly Women of Wine events on the first Thursday of each month!
