Featuring Boen Chardonnay and Elouan Pinot Noir
Our Women Of Wine event on November 5 will feature a Boen Chardonnay and Elouan Pinot Noir. This is your chance to try two delicious, high-end wines from the prestigious Joseph Wagner family of wines!
Joseph Wagner Family of Wines
Joe Wagner is a fifth generation Napa Valley winemaker with a dedicated passion for the business. Joe’s roots in the winemaking began at an early age; his family founded Caymus Vineyards in Napa Valley.
In January 2014, Joe formed Copper Cane Wine & Provisions, with the goal of focusing on innovations that have always captured his interest, and to find new ways to offer the highest quality products that satisfy consumers’ appetites for genuine craftsmanship.
For our Greenbrier Whiskey Society event in November, we are excited to try two selections made under Joe Wagner’s Copper Cane umbrella brand: a Boen Chardonnay and an Elouan Pinot Noir.
California Böen Chardonnay
The California Böen Chardonnay is elegant and lingers on the palette with a silky, alluring texture, and opulent flavors of apricot, lemon-cream tart and vanilla.
Elouan 2017 Missoulan Wash Reserve Pinot Noir
Aged for eight months in a mix of new and seasoned French oak barrels and racked twice, this Pinot Noir is focused and complex with intense and lively aromas of strawberry, blackberry and spice. Savor the lush and elegant flavors of cranberry and blackberry with subtle layers of sweet pipe tobacco and cedar.
