Featuring Three Bottles of Heaven’s Door Whiskey
All whiskey enthusiasts are invited to our next Greenbrier Whiskey Society event on July 16, 2020. This month we’ll be featuring three bottles of Heaven’s Door Whiskey — Heaven’s Door Tennessee Bourbon Whiskey, Double Barrel Whiskey and Straight Rye Whiskey. Plus, the Southeast Heaven’s Door Brand Ambassador, Chris Ritch, will be on site to deliver tasting notes and hand out Heaven’s Door swag!

Heaven’s Door
Heaven’s Door is an award-winning collection of handcrafted American whiskeys developed in partnership with Bob Dylan. Every aspect of this whiskey is well-crafted with exceptional details, from the complexity of flavors down to the distinctive bottles, designed after Dylan’s welded iron gates that he created in his studio, Black Buffalo Ironworks.
Tennessee Bourbon
Heaven’s Door Tennessee Bourbon is a unique mash bill from Tennessee. This Straight Bourbon Whiskey utilizes 30% “small grains” to complement the flavor imparted from spending a minimum of 8 years in American oak barrels. The result is smooth and lasting with notes of vanilla and baked bread layered over a bed of toasted oak.
Double Barrel Whiskey
Comprised of a unique blend of three different whiskeys, Heaven’s Door Double Barrel Whiskey is finished in hand-toasted new American oak barrels for a secondary aging worthy of another year’s wait. The higher proof of this whiskey balances perfectly with the complexity of its flavor and notes of caramel, oak, citrus and spice.
Straight Rye Whiskey
Breaking with tradition, Heaven’s Door Straight Rye Whiskey is finished in toasted oak cigar barrels, air-dried in the mountain region of Vosges, France. This proprietary finishing results in a smoother, more approachable rye with notes of orange peel, coriander and spice.
