A Gourmet Six Course Dinner

This exclusive evening features an elegant six-course dinner by Corporate Executive Chef Aaron Ward and Sous Chef Logan Rodgers. Each course will be paired with a wine from the Copper Cane family of wines.

Course 1 – Steorra Sparkling (90 pts Wine Spectator)
Nose – Citrus blossom & ripe pear
Palate – Lemon sherbet, fresh cream, Granny Smith apples with hints of baking spices

Course 2 – Böen Chardonnay (90 points Wine Spectator)
Nose – Nectarine, Meyer lemon custard & toasted oak
Palate – Crisp green apple, persimmons & stone fruit

Course 3 -Elouan Pinot Noir Missoulan Wash Oregon (90 points Wine Spectator)
Nose – Cranberry, strawberry jam, pomegranate, cocoa & spice
Palate – Cassis, strawberry, cherry & hints of allspice and bacon

Course 4 – Belle Glos Clark & Telephone Pinot Noir (94 points Wine Spectator)
Nose – Plum, cinnamon & clove
Palate – Raspberry, sweet baking spices, licorice & fennel pollen

Course 5 – Napa Valley Quilt Red Blend
Nose – Blackberry, dark chocolate & toasted almonds
Palate – Ripe cherry, cocoa & rosemary

Course 6 – Quilt Cabernet Reserve (92 points Wine Spectator Gold)
Nose – Blackberry, boysenberry & cassis
Palate – Cocoa, cardamom, dried sage & oak spice

Copper Cane Wines by Joe Wagner

Joe Wagner is a fifth generation Napa Valley winemaker with a dedicated passion for the business. Joe’s roots in the winemaking began at an early age; his family founded Caymus Vineyards in Napa Valley.

In January 2014, Joe formed Copper Cane Wine & Provisions, with the goal of focusing on innovations that have always captured his interest, and to find new ways to offer the highest quality products that satisfy consumers’ appetites for genuine craftsmanship.
