A Midwinter Night’s Dram Act 8
Named after “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” by William Shakespeare, A Midwinter Night’s Dram is a sumptuous marriage of High West Rendezvous Rye finished in both port and French oak barrels. This year’s release, Act 8, is described as having notes of “Brandied cherries, fig jam, sun-dried raisins, dried orange peel, baking spice, and French oak toast” on the nose, “Quince paste, strawberry rhubarb crumble, vanilla caramel, molasses, toffee, and leather” on the palate, and “Mulling spices, candied dates, black pepper, and hint of spearmint” on the finish.
