Large “rope raised” freshwater mussels steamed in lemon, white wine & garlic. Fresh rustic bread.

Baked Meatballs*

Hand rolled ground steak trim, ricotta cheese & fresh herbs, baked in espagnole sauce.

Steak Salad*

Grilled steak trim, chopped baby iceberg, English cucumbers, heirloom tomatoes, red onion, confit fingerling potatoes, chopped egg and Danish bleu cheese. Choose your dressing.

Sirloin Fajitas*

Grilled dry-aged sirloin, sauted peppers and onions with grilled corn and jalapeno salsa. Creme fraiche and warm tortillas.

Fried Delta catfish, pommes frites (Really good French fries), remoulade & malt vinegar.

Greenbrier Hot

Deep fried Judy’s Farm chicken breast tossed in Lydia’s ghost pepper sauce with Jim Ogle’s pickles on a house-made roll. Served with pommes frites.

Cheddar Burger*

Meyer’s ground beef, sharp Wisconsin Cheddar, heirloom tomatoes, lettuce & red onion. House-made roll & pommes frites.

Mushroom Burger*

Meyer’s ground beef, king oyster mushrooms & soft Brie cheese. House-made roll & pommes frites.

Prime Rib Sammy*

Slow cooked prime beef on a house-made roll, creamy horseradish, red onion, heirloom tomato & lettuce. Au jus & pommes frites.


Char-grilled, wild-caught Scottish salmon, corn & tomato caprese. One Side.

Pan Seared Chicken Breast

Judy’s Farm airline chicken with blood orange demi-glace, garlic & fresh herbs. One side.

Dry-aged Top Sirloin*

10 ounce dry-aged center cut, upper two thirds Angus, cracked pepper & Himalayan salt.

Wheatley vodka, lemon juice, lavender simple syrup. Served
in a martini glass rimmed with lavender-infused sugar,
garnished with a créme de violette soaked lemon wheel.


Bob Dylan’s Heaven’s Door Whiskey, smoked pecan bitters,
vanilla sumple syrup. Served in an oak an pecan smoke washed
snifter, garnished with filthy black cherries.


Don Julio Anejo, Cointreau, lime juice, raw jalapenos


Hendrick’s Gin, splashed with cucumber, strawberry, lemon and ruby red
grapefruit juices. Served in a short cocktail glass on the rocks. Topped with
St. Germaine foam* and garnished with a strawberry & cucumber wheel.


Bulleit Rye, maple syrup, orange marmalade, lemon & orange juice,
simple syrup, egg white*. Served shaken and layered on the rocks in
a snifter, garnished with a smoking, charred rosemary sprig.
